The three of us have our careers helping individuals and teams grow, learn, and move toward shared goals. We’re experts in leading groups through learning and real-world practice, which have had a meaningful impact on teams and communities. Our collaborative group is united by nearly a decade of shared work experience at Prime Digital Academy, a Minneapolis-based and state-licensed school for adults looking to transition into tech careers.

Ange Wang (she/her)
Ange is a designer, educator, and facilitator who helps teams make sense of complex challenges. She’s worked across varied industries, supporting groups in clarifying problems, aligning around what matters, and testing practical approaches for improvement.

Christy Larsen (she/her)
Christy is an educator and facilitator who helps teams navigate change, build alignment, and support people to grow. Her work spans education, workforce development, and community-based organizations, where competing priorities and unclear paths are the norm.

Emily Schumacher (she/her)
Emily is an educator, leader, and systems builder who helps teams work more effectively in complex environments. She focuses on clarifying priorities, improving alignment, and turning good intentions into practical, sustainable ways of working.

From 2015-2024, our team helped build and grow Prime Digital Academy, developing and delivering User Experience and Software Engineering programs for budding and emerging professionals, designing the student experience from end-to-end, and building the internal systems and tools that kept the organization running smoothly. Prime was known for its outcomes, community, and human-centered approach to learning. Our thoughtfully-designed programs helped create opportunities for individuals to change their lives and made numerous hiring pipelines in the Twin Cities more inclusive and effective. With our employer partnerships built to meet regional tech-talent needs across industries at companies like Target, 3M, Best Buy, Optum and Thomas Reuters, our impact was deeply felt by the community.
