Our collaborative group is united by nearly a decade of shared work experience at Prime Digital Academy, a Minneapolis-based and state-licensed school for adults looking to transition into tech careers. From 2015-2024, our team helped build and grow Prime, developing and delivering User Experience and Software Engineering programs for budding and emerging professionals, designing the student experience from end-to-end, and building the internal systems and tools that kept the organization running smoothly.

Prime was known for its outcomes, community, and human-centered approach to learning. Our thoughtfully-designed programs helped create opportunities for individuals to change their lives and made numerous hiring pipelines in the Twin Cities more inclusive and effective.
💡 Graduated over 2,000 adult learners into careers in UX and software engineering
🏆 Repeatedly recognized by Course Report as a “Best Coding Bootcamp” and “Best UX Design Bootcamp” (2018–2021)

💰 Awarded a $200,000 state workforce grant (Minnesota Tech Training Pilot Program, 2021) supporting equitable access for historically excluded (BIPOC) learners
🤝 Partnered with hundreds of Twin Cities employers to meet tech-talent needs
🤝 Established a 3-year program partnership with the cities of Saint Paul, Minneapolis, and Brooklyn Park to offer a 100% scholarship-funded, 12-week full-time training program for entry-level BIPOC students interested in User Experience design
📝 Scoped 100s of client project engagements and provided over 150,000 hours of pro-bono prototyping and MVP development for startups, government agencies, social ventures, nonprofits & small businesses
